I tried several e-mails to Guam CC, I tried calling, I tried automated requests for information, and I never heard back from them. Not sure what was going on a few months ago, but I just wanted to let people know in case they tried and failed and wondered what the heck was going on.
If one is going to choose a for-profit school, then APUS would be one of the better ones. It's definitely much better than going to Deprive University or University of Penis.
