I have to say the people at Straighterline have been extremely friendly and helpful. I have spoken to at least 3 people by chat and 3 on the phone. They were able to switch my enrollment from Managerial(cost) accounting to Financial (intermediate) accounting.
Unfortunately, they have not been able to resolve my problem with linking the SL website to ProctorU. So, I can't schedule either of my final exams yet
But its wonderful to know that I will receive a fast reply and support.
