I'm certain that the policy is in place to hinder students from withdrawing, and then re-enrolling in the same program over and over. My situation is pretty atypical, considering that I withdrew to complete my degree at another school, and then returned as a graduate level student.
Bazaar set of events today:
I had my enrollment interview with my student mentor. We went over all the preliminary "stuff" for me to start my MBA tomorrow.
Then, at around 1750, I received an email from the registrar's office. The email said that I had been readmitted, and was cleared to start my program tomorrow (I had already received this email 2 weeks ago). However, this email named a different student mentor from the one I spoke with today.
Utterly confusing...
