This lengthy article is very much worth the read. I can't remember ever reading such a well-written, well thought-out essay before...couldn't stop reading til I finished it.

I always did email that way. I either do something about it, or I mark it unread. I almost never do the latter, however. Once it's read, it's dead to me.
