For the Eng. Comp. II it seems like you can bring a dictionary and textbook or writing guide....
Just out of curiosity ... anyone taken this test recently with proctorU and been able to have books?

According to the website you can't use proctor u for English 102. "...you may take your TECEP exam online (except ENC-102 and ENG-201), using the Collegeâs Online Proctoring Service"
