I just finished ''chating'' with a SL advisor. I had asked her to confirm whether or not it is true that SL is gradually transforming towards a closed book exam policy and this is the response I got:
She further stated that:
Quote:Yes, the final exams in some of the courses are now closed book. This change is being made per the recommendation of our our course and content providers and ACE. This is in-line with what the vast majority of higher ed. The exam was created to be taken as a closed book exam so it tests concepts from the course not minute detail.
She further stated that:
