Let me post a quick follow up. It turned out that the absent professor for this course was very ill. Once I escalated the problem, the Dean of Distance Learning for the school that sponsors the class stepped in and resolved the issue. She has also informed me that they are working on improving the technical support.
TESC 2015 - BSBA, Computer Information Systems
