I just heard about this because they've just picked alternates/finalists. I don't know for sure if this is/will be an ongoing thing or what, but it looks like it will. https://clscholarship.org/advisors/program-timeline
This is intended to be a way for students who don't have these languages offered at their college or university to still study these languages in a (virtual) classroom setting. Includes a small stipend to pay for internet, but the main benefit is the class.

Of interest because students will be assessed by the ACTFL's OPI (which I think the scholarship pays for). All 3 languages are worth ACE credits if you can get a decent score.
