Capstone creative project problems

Does anyone have another suggestion for sending a large media file (70,000 kilobytes) to TESC? It is my creative project. I have always used Dropbox for all my big media stuff, but my instructor says she can't use Dropbox. Emailing really isn't an option for a file this size. Help! It is due Sunday. I am checking on Fed Ex'ing a flashdrive. Am I missing something obvious. Everyone I know uses Dropbox.
