I sent them an email today just to see if there has been any update. Here is how they responded--

We are currently in the process of renewing our contract with ACE. We anticipate that everything will continue to work as usual. We should know more within a couple weeks. Please check back with us after November 1st and we should have more information available.

So it sounds like they are in the process of "renewing [their] contract with ACE." However, it sounds like a money fight as they "anticipate that everything will continue to work" and will "know more within a couple weeks." I guess we'll know more one way or the other on Nov. 1st.
