Has anyone taken Peterson Prac Tests for Human Growth/ Dev?

I just took the first practice test and was discouraged to see that about 1/3 of the questions were not covered by Instagram! My plan is to go over those questions that I did not know and learn more about them, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this before with other tests.

Also, the score that is posted after the test-- is this the same metric that the CLEP test will use to score?
