You can probably find quite a few over at CSU-Pueblo Sociology > Division of Continuing Education > Colorado State University-Pueblo Best customer service in the business (IMO), they will work with COSC via consortium agreement to meet your FA credit obligations, fully self paced, start anytine, around $450/course.
COSC is relatively lax in accepting UL credit in your concentration...if you can articulate its inclusion in your CPS (the plan you make for yourself in the cornerstone) then you can likely apply it to the 30 required hours. Remember too that COSC will allow a "dual" concentration, 18 credits UL in the primary (including 3 for the capstone) and 9-12 in the second at the UL (with I believe 18 total credits in the second concentration...so CLEP can help round that out). There is even room for an UL elective or two.
The DSST Substance Abuse is UL at COSC.
U of Idaho has a few UL that might apply as well, these are cheaper than CSU-Pueblo:
Child and Family Studies-Independent Study in Idaho-University of Idaho
Family and Consumer Sciences-Independent Study in Idaho-University of Idaho
Social Science-Independent Study in Idaho-University of Idaho
Sociology-Independent Study in Idaho-University of Idaho
