Odd question about PLA type credits transferring

As long as they appear on a regionally accredited transcript from a community college, college, or university then they should transfer in. The quarter hours would convert to semester credits (3 quarter credits = 2 semester hours).

You might check out the BA in Art as it would allow you to bring together Art, photography, and your figure drawing courses into your degree. The trick will be making sure all of the credits come from a school that is regionally accredited and not a "technical school" in the mind of TESC.

I didn't see a BA in Art (as in fine art or computer art) listed in the undergrad program. Here's what I'm seeing:
