But I just realized today that there are exactly 27 on there. Are there literally only 27 that they accept right now?
I was under the impression that there were a bunch and I could pick and choose which 27 I could do.
Does anyone know that list is the most current, accurate and complete list?
Since that was updated last month I'd say it is the most current. Although the FEMA site shows a lot of courses that are "worth credit" you must use that list for TESC to give the credit. Those other courses can be sent through FEMA's partner school FCC for credit but they will charge you per credit to do so.
My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.
