A couple minor suggestions (at work so can't stare too intently):
Business in Society...the DSST is easier to take (not necessarily the material, just as far as red tape is concerned). TECEPs require you to get a proctor approved, then you have to wait for TESC to send the test to the proctor, then set up an appointment with the proctor...where DSSTs are offered so universally, you can just pick a random day and test center and go when you're ready. Cost is roughly the same, with the DSST slightly less.
For your free electives, did you consider FEMAs instead of the CLEP? They're free and can be done anytime, anywhere, for direct transfer from FEMA to TESC with no transcript fees.
The two online courses you listed...are you taking them from TESC for specific reasons, i.e., really want those specific courses, or need to get Fin Aid for one term? Most course options can be found cheaper elsewhere and transferred.
