I also failed the CLEP Management by 2 points, but passed the Supervision DSST 2 days later. Like Jonathan Whatley suggested, I'd recommend looking into the Supervision and Intro to Biz DSSTs! Both of those were quite easy. Having already been in work field, that's going to be in your favor as well for these exams.
For the Supervision exam, you only need to answer 36-41% of the questions correctly to pass.
For the Intro to Biz exam, you only need to answer 40-45% of the questions correctly to pass.
