For Analyzing and Interpreting Literature, you should start with a practice test and review it to see where your strengths and weaknesses are. This CLEP is just about memorizing literary terms and being able to comprehend the passages you read and answer questions about them.
For Humanities, take a practice test (REA or Petersons) and see how you do. Then review the questions you missed, and learn the right answer. Go over Lady Grace's resources list and see if you can define everything on it. Use Google or Wikipedia to search unfamiliar terms and concepts. Then take and review more practice tests. You should be learning more and more though this process
Lastly, take the practice test in the Official CLEP Study Guide—if you get above 60% on it, you should be ready to take the test.
