If the U.S government can build and send a rover to Mars and control it from here, I am pretty sure sooner or later they can build something like that with no problem, lol.

Good point... Given this level of technology that we apparently already have (unless you're one of those fake-moon-landing conspiracy theorists anyway), it's actually shocking that they haven't built something like this yet; it should be easy. But they haven't built it yet... Unless you're a conspiracy theorist of course. 0.o
