I suppose if you know how to play the game you could make this a bargain. Say for instance you want to get a degree from the Big 3 by mostly testing out, but you'll have to complete a course or two somewhere in order to do so. I dunno, an UL business course or science course or whatever. You could get this 1 free course through TDC and then attend one of their partner schools (only one of the the RA ones) for that 1 course you need. It could all balance out in cost and maybe save you a little money, assuming you transfer immediately to one of the Big 3 after the course is done. Eh, you'd have to be very careful though so I myself probably wouldn't do it but someone who wants to take the risk in order to save a little bit of money could probably make something out of this.
