From your signature block, you started just a couple of months ago. I hate to burst you bubble, but this will probably NOT be your last failure. And what's with "last chance?" Until you're 6-feet under, you keep trying. You will learn that many of us on this forum did not succeed on our first degree attemp. Or second. Or third. Or...well, you know where I'm going. You know that you can do it, so you'll do it the next time. Quit beating yourself up. Trust me. There are enough folks out there happy to do it for you!
