Will they accept a FEMA transcript? I have heard that NYPD takes it (unconfirmed), perhaps the Army will as well. They are free and completing 15 could be done in a few days.
4-5 CLEP exams and 32 FEMA credits = an AAS Degree in Environmental Safety and Security Technologies Thomas Edison State College: Environmental, Safety & Security Technologies (plus TESC fee's of course).
