Last year, I emailed Excelsior asking about how they would treat students who are members of state military forces such as the Texas State Guard which is different from the Texas National Guard. When I recently asked admissions a question about info lit and research and writing, my email was routed to the military department where an admissions rep asked them to help me because I was active duty. Well, I'm not, but it's no big deal. I was just surprised to find out that they had my email in a military database.

Excelsior is 40% Military/Veterans. They fund the Lt Col Bryant A Murray Veterans Center for them.

The Center for Military Education at Excelsior College announced that Student Veterans of America (SVA) has approved its application to become an SVA Chapter for the Collegeâs military and veteran community.
SALUTE Veterans National Honor Society also is there.
