I have only taken one class with Straighterline so far, but I am sure they sent me an e-mail reminder that my renewal was coming up so that I had the option to cancel. Like irnbru said, you don't need to be enrolled with them when you request your results to be sent to your school or ACE - I actually had them sent to both.
