Clep selection assistance
#1
Hello, I have used Instacert for a few weeks now studying. I already have an AA in Computer technology and have completed my core requirements for my BS in Computer Information Systems. I need to complete 21 credits for general ed and am not sure the quickest way to complete would be. I need the following to graduate:

Humanities - 4 Courses from at least three areas (I already have One done so I need three for at least nine credits)
Classes related to the following subjects are acceptable: Literature, History, Adv Foreign Lang Culture, Educ, Philosophy, Religion

Foreign Language or Culture - 2 Courses (I need two classes for six credits)
Classes related to the following subjects: French Culture & Civ, Ritual in Latin America, People of the World… etc

English Composition - 2 Courses (I already have One done so I just need another)
Classes related to the following subjects are acceptable: English Composition, Writing about Literature

Natural Science with a Laboratory - 1 Course
Classes related to the following subjects are acceptable: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Enviro Science, Astronomy, Geology

What are some of the easier exams that fit into the class requirements that I need? Any resources other than Instacert that anyone can recommend?
If some have passed exams suggested, how much time would be required to complete?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Use the Specific Exam Feedback to find out about the tests. And, for the question of what to take? Take what you like. It is much better to study for and take and pass tests, than to plan for, not study, and not take tests. Just do it.

Everybody is different. For every exam, there are always some people who can pass without any preparation whatsoever. Others require extensive preparation.

Use the REA books for the CLEPs you decide to take, and fill in with online resources.

Also, some Cleps are 6 credits (Analyzing and Interpreting Literature, American Lit, English Lit, Humanities, Natural Sciences, College Composition, Spanish, French and German). Those would be good to take if your school would accept them!
