If I hit Cancel, the file disappears, if I hit OK, nothing happens. Is this the same thing that your daughter experienced? Does this mean the file really does attach?
I've been trying to solve this for over 4 days - no work getting done, just endlessly goofing around with the settings on my computer. I was about to call SL yet AGAIN, and then as a last resort pay to get my PC checked out by a computer company to see if they could figure out what on earth the problem is...If you can post a note back here and let me know if this really does seem like the same problem, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!
You do not need to click on "do not attach". Your file really is attached. You just need to scroll further down the page so you can see the submit button and then click submit. I hope this helps.
