My daughter says the "do not attach" always comes up but it does not mean you can't attach it. It is just there if you made a mistake and attached the wrong file. You can click on it and it will delete the file. Just ignore it, scroll down, and click submit and everything should be fine. I don't know why they designed it like that. It is very confusing.

If I click on the "do not attach" file I get a message box that says "Do Not Attach This File?" with 2 boxes to choose from - OK or Cancel. If I hit Cancel, the file disappears, if I hit OK, nothing happens. Is this the same thing that your daughter experienced? Does this mean the file really does attach?
I've been trying to solve this for over 4 days - no work getting done, just endlessly goofing around with the settings on my computer. I was about to call SL yet AGAIN, and then as a last resort pay to get my PC checked out by a computer company to see if they could figure out what on earth the problem is...If you can post a note back here and let me know if this really does seem like the same problem, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!
