Sent you a pm regarding Manila email. "Credit party"...lol guess we can do that after conferral. I'm still checking out if there are any more testing centers around me before planning on which subjects to take. Looks like it takes more planning than expected for international students, with testing centers being so few and far.
Concur with your bad experience with paper based DSST, it seems the Singapore center is just about as expensive, reason am looking for another option. On another note, I received info the AMIDEAST in Dubai is a full fledged testing center for both DSST and CLEP, but doesn't look practical to me being more than twice the distance to Manila. Hanoi, I couldn't get a reply from them, Japan/Korea is about same distance to Dubai, may as well test out in Dubai since they offer both DSST and CLEP. Cheers.
