Wow that is a nice little odd ball list 
depending on which degree your going for you may not be able to utilize all of them. I'm running into that now where my 9 free electives needed are bumping each other. If I was in your place I would ask myself which will benefit you best. If you have been in IT for 18 years which will benefit you better or give you a Plan B option. Like if your job history and previous experience would allow you to land the same jobs then do you just need any Bachelors to check the box. It does kind of sound like that would be borderline PLA ,but if none of the certs are on their list at all that may be best.
The other thing I would say is if you could find courses similar there or at ACE maybe you could make a case it. I guess it is possible they could give you at least 2 credits a cert. Another possibility would be creating your own degree Learner Designed Area of Study (LDAS) Thomas Edison State College: Learner Designed Area of Study (LDAS)
