Can't download the MP3 Player version of question??

I'm currently studying Western Civ 1, and I don't like being on the computer for so long, so I tried to download the MP3 Player versions of the questions. They did download, and they went to iTunes, but they won't sync to MP3 Player. Has anyone had this problem and they know what to do?? It's so frustrating! It says the original file can't be found if that helps any.
