Also, try signing up for a gmail account if you do not have Excel. There is an open office type tool somewhere on there that will allow you to open spreadsheets. That being said, you can just install open office on your PC. I think it may be a portable app, which you can run from a flash drive, if you are unable to install anything due to priveledges.
