With TESC and any other school I've seen, they will do it either way. Your best bet is to use the search box in the upper right corner to find specific info on your degree, complete some tests, and then apply so that they will give you an evaluation of what remains to be taken to complete the degree. You would take the tests and simply leave the school recipient blank when testing. When you are ready to apply you order a transcript from CLEP, DSST, or whatever other kind of credit you may get and send it to them for evaluation.
My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.
