excelsior and the VFW

Hi all,

Just found an article that may interest vets who were in during wartime and served in combat.
VFW joins Excelsior in college plan - Times Union

I don't know if this is available to all VFW members, or just new york posts. I am already in the american Legion and have always thought of joining the VFW. Guess I will be joining now.

This bring enrollment down alot. and per credit is $250. Still not cheap, but if you can get tuition assistance from the GI bill and other places, it surely brings college down a whole lot.
