Can I ask about your route to ATP employment without a degree? How did you manage it? Military?

To answer your question, I started flying in Europe about 10 years ago, built my hours / experience and then later on joined a british airline as a sponsored cadet pilot... Now that I am flying in the US for a regional and hoping to join a major airline, I need that piece of paper
