Apologies for missing this post previously.
Just because you are not based in the US doesn't mean you can't pursue a bachelor's degree with the big 3 using CLEP/DSST/etc. I live in the UK and have racked up a fair few credits. I know of others based on the European mainland who have completed degrees with the big 3; it just requires additional planning.
