Considering the current catalog has an out-of-place blank page in the spot where the credit values should be, I'd wager someone made an error when prepping the latest edition of the catalog.
Possibly intentionally so; the catalog version I uploaded came not long after EC removed Subject GRE tests as credit-bearing. The blank page in this version of the catalog used to have the Subject GRE info.
Students remain subject to the policies extant at the time of their enrollment, unless policy changes may favour them, etc
