Is Ethics and Integritty a lost art???

My dad taught me that a deal is a deal. If an offer was made and the offer was accepted with a signature or IMO even a handshake, then it is a done deal. Many people have an extreme lack of character, honor and integrity and hide behind lawyers and their loopholes. Short term gain (either financial or otherwise) is not worth sullying one's reputation.

I'm glad you got the house you wanted for the price you were willing to pay but I'm sorry you had to see that side of business.

When I hear people say things like "business is business", "it's not personal", etc to justify some unethical behavior, I know not to trust them in other matters either.
