When taking courses or paying for your kids books the first thing you become proficient at is buying used books through either Amazon, Abes etc....
It took me a couple years to figure this out. I payed $150 for my oldest son's English NEW comp book. At the end of the semester he resold it for $20 (without telling me) and kept the money for himself. A year later I bought the same book again NEW for $150 for my youngest son. Then I said "Wait a minute" there has to be a better way. The revelation that you can buy used books has saved thousands in book costs.
