I highly doubt you can be enrolled at Excelsior and Thomas Edison simultaneously with them knowing about it and actually approving it. Pretty much any college has in its fine print rules against that. When you are looking at a college or degree program that says "dual enrolled" they almost always mean an agreed upon partnership between the degree granting institutions for some special program, like a combo MS/JD grad situation so you can be a newly minted patent lawyer with a hard science specialty. Stuff like that. They are exceptions to the rule and are set up and run by the colleges in cooperation. Just trying to enroll at TESC and EC and getting 2 bachelor's at the same time is different, and highly suspect.
