ALEKS Firefox problems?

Anyone else have problems using ALEKS w/ Firefox? I mean like everything is working fine and then suddenly the "Proceed" button just doesn't show up, and when I reload to get it to come back the page just blanks out. If I reload again, maybe it will come back, or maybe I have to go back to the home page and log in again. It is completely random, and is definitely not a session timeout.

(I haven't confirmed it is only Firefox, that is just the browser I'm using now)

Hmmm... I use Firefox for ALEKS and haven't had any issues like that. It sounds like it may be an issue on your side... have you tried clearing your cache and restarting? (It does run Java so that may not be of much help. If it doesn't you might need to contact ALEKS support.)
