Though Im not 100% sure about TESC, if they are credits that are not used for your degree requirement they should be counted as general electives.
I dont think I'd choose Money & Banking as a test unless you had no other option. I needed M&B for UL course credit at EC. There are many other exams out there which are easier and can fill elective requirements (some up to 6 credits for one test).
