I realize that EC-SUNY just offers concentrations, but I live in NYC and it's still a SUNY, so it's worth it to try it out if I wouldn't be earning an actual "major", per se, at TESC. I've gone on sooo many interviews and many recruiters have loved me, but they said the ONLY thing they are going to have to press, with their clients, is that I do not have a Bachelors degree completed. They don't even care WHAT kind of degree. They just want you to have a Bachelors. I know people who are making $27/hr through my agency (some a lot more) that are within a few years of my age and they have a Bachelors of Art, flat out. I think I'm going to research EC and figure out what the easiest degree is. Sounds bad, but again, I have 80.5 credits and if employers are this nitpicky, then I just need to be able to slap a darn Bachelors on my resume.
Haha, while we're at it, have any of you heard of those diploma mills, etc.? I could technically do that as well! LOL. It's a degree. They don't specify what time or what school and I must also mention, you guys are right, employers don't care if you finish it online. In fact, most assumed I was completing my TESC online and I told them I was. They didn't seem phased by it at all.
