Have you already had a transcript sent from PF for prior courses? If not, they should send one for you FOC.

I was under the impression that in order for TESc to accept my PF course I had to get it transcripted through ACE. If not then I will go ahead and have ACE send the transcript with the ALEKS courses right now. I'm still awaiting my final exam for my PF course so it's not ready to be sent yet. I just thought that it needed to be placed on an ACE transcript for TESC to evaluate it.

I just got off the phone with Mary Ann at PF and again I cannot express enough how awesome she is. PF will allow me to pay for overnight shipment of my final and I will then pay to have it sent back overnight as well. I'm pretty sure after speaking with her that TESC will accept PF transcipts directly so I shouldn't have to go through ACE. This is based on the fact that Excelsior accepts them directly from PF. So that answers my questions and I'm going to have ACE send my ALEKS transcripts today! :hurray:
Now if only I can get Pearson to let me take my exam ASAP then all will be good again....hilarious

Really? I didn't know this. So, I can have PF send a transcript to EC FOC? How do I make that happen?
I did add my PF class to all the Aleks stuff I had Ace send out to TESC and EC but if I can get credit for my A to bring up my GPA at EC, I'm all for it. I just didn't want to pay $40 or so for it.
Please do share.

Reviewing the info that everyone suggest to study for Race to Save the Planet I truly think I can take this test cold. By cold I don't mean truly without study but I just took Natural Sciences and MANY of the topics have already been covered in that exam. I think I'm going to schedule it Thursday and go for it. I'll study tonight and tomorrow and see how it goes. Am I nuts? hilarious

Crunchtime! I have the Race to Save the Planet exam scheduled for 1pm tomorrow. This is my final CLEP/Dantes and I'm a little sad. I still have my ECE exam and my Penn Foster final but this will be my last time visiting this test center. Anyway, I hope I'm ready! :ack: :roflol:
Any last minute advice beside telling me I'm nuts? hilarious

But if you can get this done and out of the way it will be worth it.
The only other thing I can think of is know which are macro and which are micro nutrients and know the different stages of waste water treatment.
I think you will do great with this test.

Macro Nutrients are found largely in our diets such as protein, fat, carbs, etc. and supply us energy. Micro Nutrients are found in much smaller amounts in the form of vitamins and minerals. They do NOT give us energy. Is that ok? hilarious
