To the last, I will grapple with thee! From Hell's heart, I stab at thee!!!! You task me and I shall have you! I'll chase you 'round the moons of Nibia and 'round the Antares Maelstrom and 'round Perdition's flames before I give up!
*sigh*... Ok, back to the grind. Hope I can get this 46% somewhere close to 70% before the good Lord returns.

LOL.
What helped me the most were using a different calculator and printing off explanations. I seriously have a whole book printed from ALEKS. LOL.

I have a mini-book of my own from print-outs. Somehow ALEKS keeps bobbin'-and-weavin' on the assessments.
But I shall defeat ALEKS.
Oh yes.
I shall.

Of all the CLEP, DANTES, ECE, Straighterline and other junk I have waded through, ALEKS Precal+Trig was the one thing I exerted genuine effort on, but defeated me anyway.
Keep fighting the good fight.

Trig is kicking my teeth in right now. I'm halfway through the assessment and it's brutal so far. I'm going to finish it in the next few hours and see where I stand. I'm going to take a break for now. My mind is mush.
This is coming from someone who did really good on Trig in school. My suggestion is to try PreCalc first if you have a solid Algebra background. Trig is part of advanced Algebra but I think PreCalc just extends deeper into Algebra whereas Trig takes an alternate route to get there...hilarious
