Hi everyone
Since yesterday I have been trying to login to the InstantCert web page, but the web page is not loading on my browser. Is there something wrong with the website? I was able to login and study on Monday and Tuesday. Please let me know what is going on.

Once I had that, and the problem was simply that we were paying with my mom's old credit card. Once we contacted the administrator and updated the information, all was well.
By the way, I can sign in fine right now.

I can't even get to the webpage. I get an error message that the connection was interrupted every time I am trying to login. I used Firefox and Explorer. Obviously my web browser is working fine because I can post here and go to other pages. Some one please help.

Just in case you have not been able to get to the sign on page that has this information:
Login doesn't work? Troubleshooting Tips:
Remember, the login is case-sensitive; you must type upper and lower-case exactly as you did on the order form. Click here if you forgot your username/password.
If you're doing everything right, maybe there was a glitch in creating your account. Go here to look up your account, click "Actions" and select "Refresh Password" to reinsert your login details into the database.
If none of these tips work, send us an email at webmaster@instantcert.com
In other words....e-mail the webmaster. He is good at getting back to you with information. The only time I had this happen was at the end of a 6 month subscription. I thought I had a few more days to renew and did not.

I sent Steve an Email about this last night. Mine stopped working Tuesday evening and still isn't coming up.
http://www.instantcertonline.com no longer works for me, nor does the http://www.instantcertonline.com/forums redirect. Can everyone else test that as well?
It seems to be an issue with just that domain though, because http://www.instantcert.com still works fine.
I'd use http://www.instantcert.com in the mean time. Glad to know I'm not the only one. I was going to wait until next week before I popped the red star cluster.

On the page where you type your reply, scroll down a little bit and uncheck "Disable smilies in text". That should do it. I hope.
