Due to that i am overseas in Japan and my credit card is based in the US i cannot purchase IC it flags my card for fraud because my IP address is japan and card is in the US.
I have used the Search option and im using the REA book....does anyone have any custom notes that make it easier to understand? Thanks in advance!

That's too bad about your credit card issue; perhaps this can be addressed by the owner of IC - Sgloer??? I'll forward this on to him.

Thanks, i tried calling the 1800 number but it didnt have a operator option. This would help troops overseas. Thanks again!

I have lived overseas for the past 7 years. All you have to do is call you credit card company, tell them the situation, and they will take the block off your card for IC. I have done this many times.

Ill try taht Imech thanks, i dont have a problem with any other site and ive purchased a ton of things, so i think its the actual IC site but ill try and call anyways. Thanks.
