I don’t understand the fascination with what, at the end of the day, is just an athletics grouping. Not the top 8 schools in the country, or anything, after all.
Big Ten tries to boast that they're all top schools like Ivy. But ACC actually comes in second after Ivy in terms of selectivity. They got Duke, Berkeley, Stanford.

There's a tuition table available here but it's unclear whether it indicates per-credit-unit tuition rates that are extremely high, or flat-rate tuition rates per semester that are very high.

I am considering the UPenn Master of Computer and Information Technology (MCIT), Harvard Extension's ALM in Computer Science (CS), or Data Science (DS), or possibly a Master's in Systems Engineering. Which program would be more beneficial for securing interviews and advancing my career? I aim to work as a software engineer at top companies like FAANG or in the financial sector.
How well-recognized are these programs? Will having strange degrees like MCIT or a Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies create any challenges?
What is the global reputation of each university? I believe Harvard is a well-known global brand. Is the University of Pennsylvania also recognized outside of New England, and how does its reputation hold up abroad? Will its degree be valuable in Europe?

All the Ivy Leagues have prestige domestically and internationally in general. The only question mark is Harvard Extension, as their degree names and credentials are purposely kept separate from other Harvard conventional norms, even if it is part of the greater Harvard University, so employers may and likely will treat the Extension school differently from another Harvard grad. I would also do some research on student outcomes for the non-standard degree name of MCIT for Penn given that you want to work for FAANG. I'd personally choose a better-ranked engineering school in Georgia Tech or the University of Austin for their online Masters programs over Harvard Extension and Penn if you're thinking about STEM prestige and getting into FAANG, not to mention they're also affordable.
If you have a STEM background, whether professionally and/or academically, have the money and really want an Ivy League degree, then I think Dartmouth's Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering via Coursera would be the best option: https://www.coursera.org/degrees/meng-co...-dartmouth

Texas University at Austin requires official paper transcripts and diplomas, not certified copies, which is not the case with the ENEB degree.
Gatech did not accept ECE evaluation. IEE will give me graduate certificate equivalency but I need bachelors.
Thanks for mentioning Dartmouth's MEng. I will discover it further.
