I improved it before turning it in because why not, maybe I can get an A+, though A and A+ are the same for GPA purposes. Also margin for error.
I have not received a lower final grade than I got on the draft, although I did get the same final grade as draft in one case despite making changes based on draft feedback, which is a longer story (this is the A-).
Can you share class / instructor?

BUS 325 / Trudel
It ended up becoming an A, which I'm happy about, although the way it happened was confusing. I'd rather not get into the details on a public forum to be fair and because the Internet is forever.

Hello,
Congratulations! I am considering applying to UMPI and would appreciate any tips or pointers. I have zero credits and my preference is BABA (Management and Leadership). Which sophia, coursera or study.com courses should I take to accelerate my program

In my case, most GEC requirements were covered by my prior university attempt decades ago. I only needed three GEC requirements. So, I am not really that knowledgeable about starting from zero other than what I have seen people say here. Maybe someone else can give better tips. But, this link shows Sophia equivalencies. That should be the fastest way to cover the majority of your GEC requirements.

I did BABA/M&L. It is 20 classes between core and concentration. I think there were six Sophia equivalents (mostly in core) and six Study.com equivalents (mostly in concentration). This might vary a little over time and for different concentrations.
Let me or others know if you have more questions, and good luck as you begin the journey!

How it was for me.
I'm just trying to get my degree as easy and fast as possible.
Grades don't matter to me.
It's all about getting that piece of paper.
Oh wait, I'm actually earning A's.
This is going on my transcript forever.
My entire personality is now based on my GPA.
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.
Course Experience: CLEP, Instantcert, Sophia.org, Study.com, Straighterline.com, Onlinedegree.org, Saylor.org, Csmlearn.com, and TEL Learning.
Certifications: W3Schools PHP, Google IT Support, Google Digital Marketing, Google Project Management

I am happy to have a 4.0 GPA, for grad school purposes! And, I plan to list summa on my resume, so that's nice. It just adds more value to the experience if you can do it. At the pace I went, I was OK with not getting all As, but late in the game, I realized that I MIGHT get all As, and then it suddenly became important

~13 weeks ago, I started this thread. That is also about the time I was accepted at UMPI for Summer II.
~10 weeks ago, my UMPI classes started.
~5 weeks ago tomorrow, I turned in my last final and put down my pencil.
~2 weeks ago, the session ended.
I have applied to two master's programs that begin classes in October - UMPI MAOL and UIUC MSM. So, I asked when conferral would happen and was told "6-8 weeks plus 1-2 weeks additional due to the volume of graduation requests." I asked if it could be done in September to avoid snags with the grad programs, and after some delay, was told that it would be done in September.
Today, I got an email from Lisa Smith about my degree progress. I checked my unofficial transcript and saw that the degree has been conferred. So, it's all official!
Thanks to everyone for the help and advice. And I don't know if UMPI folks (Jessica, Lisa, Susan, etc) read this forum, but if so, thanks to all of you and the faculty as well. It was a good experience and I'm very glad I did it. The only thing I'd change if I could go back in time is I'd do it sooner.
And, this will officially be my last post in this thread, except that I'll be happy to answer questions anyone has.
