Unfortunately, the rep was mostly correct. While TESU does report the institution, original course code& name, and credits for each transferred course, the letter grade is not shown. There is a column for grades, but it's blank for all of my RA transfer credits. Grades are reported for TESU credits, and CR is shown for everything pass/fail at TESU/ACE/NCCRS/CLEP/DSST. The situation does not change with graduation. Here's a screenshot from the final copy of my official transcript TESU included with my diplomas last month:

Did you have to request an exception for the BS in Business Administration with a concentration in CIS to appear on your transcript? I thought all graduates would only have 'BS CIS,' which could be confusing to employers since it doesn't indicate that you were a business major.

Also, it's interesting that you have two separate BS degrees.
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.
Course Experience:  CLEP, Instantcert, Sophia.org, Study.com, Straighterline.com, Onlinedegree.org, Saylor.org, Csmlearn.com, and TEL Learning.
Certifications: W3Schools PHP, Google IT Support, Google Digital Marketing, Google Project Management

When I applied to graduate, I was on the latest catalog for everything. A week before graduation, a massive mess erupted when TESU's graduation auditor realized that I was on a combination of programs not allowed under the current application of the award of degrees policy. TESU tried to sweep it under the rug and refused to communicate clearly about the issue, until I pointed out that a senior academic advisor made and approved the set of degrees and brought receipts.
TESU ended up moving me to an older BSBA catalog year so I would have BSBA-CIS&GM instead of BS-CIS&GM. I thought going to previous catalog years was never allowed, but TESU made it happen to cover for their mistakes. I pointed out that a BSBA is still a BS degree, but apparently TESU doesn't see things that way for reasons they could not articulate.
The degree names on my final transcript don't make complete sense to me - they don't fully align with the solution TESU came up with or my expectations of what I would receive.
Instead of being a happy and celebratory time, my graduation was a chaotic and exasperating mess. More than a month later, I'm still quite mad about the whole ordeal.

Thanks for the clarification.

In the end, it worked out. Your transcript looks great.

Congratulations on graduating.

Furthermore, after a TESU course has been completed and the transfer courses are added to the TESU transcript, the rep said that the transcripts will still not show grades for accepted RA transfer courses! (I failed to further clarify if, perhaps, the transferred courses' grades might show after one graduates with a TESU degree..?)

Lastly, I'm not 100% sure, but I think I understood that they were confirming my fear that the transcript will only show the TESU equivalency for transferred courses. Many of mine that were upper level and that would be of specific value to prospective employers with their original course titles have been equated to merely repetitive, "special topics in..."

I had high hopes for TESU transcripts serving this consolidation-for-employment-applications purpose, based on forum posts. Now, I'm now wondering if UMPI transcripts would show accepted transfers before completing their courses, as I'd really like to have my multiple-source classes on one transcript for prospective employers. Showing their original source, of course, and hopefully showing original class titles and the grades.
Thanks for checking up with them, I was about to give them a ring as well or drop $18 to see if was on the official transcript. I applied too but haven't enrolled officially in any TESU or TECEP course yet, and see those credits in my 'Transfer Credit Evaluated by TESU' page. Looks like the only way to get those transfer credits onto the official transcript if you don't want to do any courses is through the individual learning account for $419.

I guess I'll buy the cheapest webcam I can and do the easiest TECEP for $52. For any other international people, if you're from a country where English is the primary language, there's no additional language requirements to meet.

I don't recall, do you need to do the TECEP? I can't remember if you're enrolled regardless if you skip that TECEP or pass/fail it...

By some stroke of luck I got a scholarship email from TESU indicating I can get 2 TECEPs free of charge.
I will apply for them and report back.

So, do I understand correctly that when a degree is awarded by TESU, TESU's transcript will only show classes/TECEPs taken with TESU and credits transferred from elsewhere into the degree, e.g., other RA institutions or alternative credit providers, but not credits evaluated from elsewhere which did not make it into the degree as transfer credits?

No, it will include all the transferred and evaluated credits.

The transferred courses appeared on my son's official TESU transcript in January that we ordered for a scholarship application, despite him not having graduated yet. It is the unofficial transcript available via student self-service that only shows the internal courses and TECEPs.
