Basically, I don't think anyone can do much for changes made at institutions, most changes 'make sense', but this particular one really doesn't. I think the only thing one can do is let them know of the issue it causes just with a name change, there wasn't really a reason to change that as it's really a BSBA, by dropping the BA for half the program, it gets confusing...
