I have one at TXST in San Marcos, but he won't graduate until May 2026. I definitely understand if you have kids graduating high school the same week. I would probably make the same decision.

Congratulations!!

The 10-12 page paper in Capstone 1 and Capstone 2 were both a challenge for me. But,ReyMysterioso posted about how he made an A on the first attempt on both papers, so I pushed through it, and got the same result. A on both papers 1st attempt. Both papers graded in less than 24 hours.

You can do it!!

I just booked an Airbnb in Ladonia (15 minutes north of Commerce). I will be up there Friday-Sunday.

My wife and I even have some family coming in to watch us graduate.

I would say we could have a degreefourm meet up, but I don't know much ( of anything) about the area.

I plan to relax at the cabin we rented, other than that, the only other thing I am interested in doing is playing disc golf if the weather is nice, there is a course close to the college, Outdoor Adventure disc golf course.

I started a journey to continue where I left off 25+ years ago after I received an Associate's degree at a local community college.

In July I started taking classes on Sophia, and then started classes at TAMUC for Fall 1 2023.

Today my last assignment was graded.

I never thought I would get to this point, and I am glad I found the help of this forum.

Graduation is May 11th @ 2PM. I plan to walk and hope my wife can finish her classes so we can walk together.

I also received an email today about my grades and Summa Cum Laude academic distinction.

I would like to thank this forum for the help and thank the members who went to TAMUC and paved the way!
